The Work
A triptych features six textured birds moving across the three panels. The birds symbolize the human migration journey. Each canvas includes a circle representing the sun, a planet, or a star—guiding the birds throughout their passage. The background textures illustrate the challenges encountered along the way.
Touch the canvas and follow the birds’ flight. Let your fingers trace their wings as they rise, searching for a place beyond the horizon.
Surrounding them is the sun, a star or a planet—a constant light that guides their path across vast skies, a symbol of hope, direction, and the rhythm of nature.
These designs represent the hardships along their path: uncertain skies, unfamiliar lands, and the fragile balance between instinct and survival.
